Gray Areas Master List

Share your gray areas! Got a moral dilemma that hard to figure out? Got a behaviour that you think isn't mentioned in the Bible but needs some direction? Got a friend who needs to know if something they're doing is right or wrong?

Leave a comment on this post with your example of a gray area. Even if you don't have one you're facing, use your imagination and make one up.

We'll be talking about them September 20.

Why is it illegal to have more than one wife? People in the Bible have a lot of wives and God seems to be okay with it.

Is playing poker, with money involved, wrong from a Biblical standpoint?

Is it wrong for an adult in a non-sexual relationship, to spend the night with boyfriend/girlfriend if they sleep in separate rooms?

You already touched on this a little, but my husband and I feel very differently about dealing with homosexuality. I feel they are still children of God and we are to love and pray over them. He is angry and basically feels that there is no forgiveness. How do we be biblically correct, and yet not too harsh or judgemental? Judgement is not our job, correct?

Going out into a bar, going out dancing and partying... these things could turn into being sinful... but is just being there a bad thing?

NOTE TO ANONYMOUS RE: HOMOSEXUALITY

I won't be answering this one specifically on Sunday, but I'd be glad to give you an answer via email. Please email me if you'd like to have my perspective. Thanks.

The craze is tatoos and body piercings. Is it beautification or mutilation?
